Terms for using Stream Sync Pro LIVE

Use of the service

Stream Sync Pro LIVE is intended to help creators manage TikTok LIVE engagement, automation, overlays, TTS, queue handling, and related workflow features. Users must use the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or reputation of the platform.

Accounts and access

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Administrators may suspend, lock, or remove access to accounts where abuse, fraud, security concerns, or unpaid disputes arise.
• The service may enforce session controls, forced sign-out, and per-user debug or audit settings to protect the platform and troubleshoot issues.

Credits and subscriptions

• Some features may require account credits.
• Credit prices, promo codes, and minimum or maximum purchase rules may change over time.
• Credits are only added after successful payment capture and may be removed or corrected where a payment is reversed, refunded, or found to be fraudulent.
• The £4.99 monthly plan renews automatically through PayPal until cancelled. Subscription access applies while PayPal reports the plan as active or approved.
• Users can cancel recurring billing through PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewals; existing credits remain on the Stream Sync Pro account.

Beta status

Stream Sync Pro LIVE may be provided in beta or early-access form. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice while the platform is still evolving. Users accept that some functionality may be experimental during the beta phase.

Third-party services

The service depends on third-party platforms and tools, including TikTok LIVE connectivity, payment processors, website hosting, code-signing infrastructure, and optional TTS providers. Stream Sync Pro LIVE is not responsible for downtime, API changes, rate limits, account restrictions, or policy actions imposed by those third parties.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, abuse, or mislead others.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls on the service.
• Do not use the platform in a way that violates TikTok, PayPal, or other third-party terms connected to the service.

No guarantee of uninterrupted availability

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts may be made to keep the service available and accurate, uninterrupted operation, perfect compatibility, and bug-free performance are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stream Sync Pro LIVE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost income, lost audience engagement, data loss, interrupted stream sessions, or third-party platform restrictions.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are published means the updated terms will apply from the effective date shown on the page.
